Shipping policy

1. Delivery service to be charged separately if the customer wants ARCOM Group to deliver the products.
2. If the customer wants to receive his/her products from one of the showrooms instead of the main warehouse, products needs at least 24 to 48 hours to arrive at the selected showroom.
3. After the customer receives the products and signs the delivery note, ARCOM Group is no longer responsible for the products delivered.
